We are delighted to announce the launch
of our new online computer repair service.
Using our new FREE Remote Diagnosis Program, we can diagnose your computer problems without having to visit your home. In many cases, we will be able to fix most problems without having to incur the expense of an on-site visit.
In the event that we are unable to fix the problem online (eg. physical installation of a new graphics card) it also allows our engineers to give you an estimate of how much it will cost to repair your problem when they do arrive out to your house.
Our online program will also provide you with a brief insight into how our engineers diagnose system problems, and you can even talk to the engineer during the diagnostics screen via a Chat window.
How does it work?
With your permission, a small .exe file automatically downloads to your computer. It's the interface through which we communicate with you and conduct remote support. The program automatically removes itself from your computer at session conclusion and nothing is left behind.
What Do I Need to Use This Incredible Service?
All you need is a PC running Windows 98 or above, and a Broadband Internet Connection. Dial up is supported, but diagnostic times are considerably slower.
Of course if your problem is not being able to get onto the internet in the first place we probably can't use this service to help you. (And well done for getting to this website without internet access !!)
How Do I Request This Service?
Requesting this service is simple! Simply go along to the 'Contact Us' Page and complete the form there. When we have received your email, one of our engineers will contact you and take you through the process of enabling your computer to allow us access via our Remote diagnostic program.
We aim to have all emails replied to within 24hours, although the likelihood is much quicker if the email is received within normal working hours.
Will I be given a quote before you do any work?
Of course! Our engineer will explain thoroughly what is required before they begin any work and give you an exact quote for how much the repair will be. You may decide whether you wish to continue at that stage - if you do NOT wish to continue there will be NO CHARGE up to this point.
If the engineer has concluded that an on-site callout is required for your problem, they will also give you a quote and arrange a date and time that is suitable for you
